Soffits, fascias & cast iron gutters

This restoration involved the careful preparation and redecoration of the original cast iron guttering, timber fascias and soffits of an imposing Victorian sandstone house. Failing paint and corrosion were removed, repairs made where necessary, and the original features protected with a durable exterior paint system - preserving rather than replacing the characterful Victorian fabric of the building.
